Tournament Rules

4 on 4 - 2x 6min periods

8 players per team - Every team must have at least one girl, if not your teams must play short handed. Also, each player must be affiliated with the team they play for - please no ringers or ex-professional hockey players.

Goalies: please supply your own goalie if possible - goalie sharing may be required.

NO SLAP SHOTS or CHEAP SHOTS - remember it's just a game ;)
